• · The Television Lounge is a large room with plenty of seating for watching television or DVDs or playing games on the games console. A selection of board games and paperbacks are provided. The gas 'wood burner' makes this a cosy room in winter. A huge map of the area is provided to assist in planning outings. There is a wireless Internet connection.
• · The Kitchen is fully fitted with hand-made units and granite worktops. It is equipped with a large dual fuel range cooker, two larder fridges, freezer, microwave, George Forrman grill, two dishwashers, two sinks, and all the utensils and gadgets you will need to cater for your party.
• · The Dining Room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. With a large dining table seating sixteen, fabulous views from all the windows, and a wealth of detail charactertised by wrought iron light fittings, roof timbers, and a stained glass window letting light through from the stairwell, this is a very special room in which to enjoy a meal.
• Hayloft Suite is a double bedroom with two large Velux windows and an ensuite shower room.
• · Owlpen Suite is a twin or double bedroom with a Velux window, an ensuite bathroom and stunning countryside views.
• · Dovecote Suite is reached by an oak circular stair from the Sitting Room. This amazing double bedroom, with views of the Black Mountains and the rolling countryside of south Herefordshire. The ensuite features a roll-top bath.

• The Wooden Deck is furnished with enough seating for everyone, two large tables and a suitably large gas barbecue. 
• The Coarse Fishing Lake is located about 500 metres from the Granary. Extending to five acres, with a smaller conservation pond, and well stocked with carp, bream, tench and other silver fish, it provides popular sport in a picturesque setting. Guests must provide their own fishing equipment and licence. 
• The Games Room can provide, by prior arrangement, a superb covered area for a function for up to 50 people. For a larger party, a marquee can be erected on the lawn to seat up to 200 people.
