The large four bed roomed house includes the master bedroom with en-suite shower and bath and an additional dressing room.  There are two further double bedrooms and the fourth bedroom incorporates twin beds.  The family bathroom has a semi sunken Jacuzzi type bath and shower facilities.

 

The lounge is beautifully furnished and is fitted with plasma T.V. with full Sky services.  The separate dining room is again beautifully furnished and accommodates ten people for dining.

 

The fully fitted open plan kitchen has a central consort for easy living a separate breakfast area and a T.V. snug.  The breakfast area has large French windows which opens directly onto the rear patio area.  To the rear of the house is an indoor heated swimming pool again with large French windows overlooking the patio and the Welsh hills.

 

To the front of the house is a cultivated garden with off road parking for up to six cars.   To the rear of the property is a large patio area with built in patio heater, garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

 

The house is within easy reach of Tredegar Park & Ride facilities which must be used to enter the Ryder Cup being held at the Celtic Manor.
